Frequently asked questions:

When can I expect my order?

For in stock items, processing time is 7-10 business days.  For customer orders, please allow 3-5 weeks for processing.  I ship using either USPS or UPS, whichever is cheaper.  Every order will come with a tracking number for your reference.  I am not responsible for your order once it leaves my studio.  If you have any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.

Are your products made in mass production?

I hand pour every candle and wax melt myself.  I am a one woman owned and operated business.  This means your product may not be perfect whether it’s a label placement, wick centering or markings but rest assured each product is made with a lot of love and passion.

What wax do you use?

For our candles, we use Coconut Soy wax, which is a luxurious blend of all natural coconut wax, soy wax and a very small amount of food grade paraffin wax.   For our wax melts, we use a blend of soy, paraffin and beeswax.  

What kind of wax warmer do you recommend?

A 25 watt bulb warmer works best with our wax melts.

How long do you candles last?

With proper care, our 7oz candles will burn approximately 40 hours.  Please refer to our candle care section for instructions to make your candles last.
